  • Radon. The Invisible Killer.
    Another eloquently short video.

The question is not;
Do I Have Radon?

its;
What Level Of Radon Do I Have?

The Rn in Rn HomeTech is the chemical sign for Radon. And Radon testing is one of our specialties.

Radon (Rn) is a colorless, invisible & odorless naturally occurring, radioactive, inert, gaseous element formed by the radioactive decay of Radium (Ra) itself the by-product or progeny of the breakdown of Uranium in the sub-soil and its found through-out the United States in varying degrees.

Because of the prevalent sub-soil & rock formations beneath North-central Maryland & Northern Virginia, our area has among the Nation's highest Radon levels.

Whereas the national average for homes with elevated Radon levels is 1 in 15 (or 6.6%). In our region, high Radon potential is 1 in 3 homes (or 35%)!

The question then becomes; Is your home that 1 in 3?

The only way to know is to test for Radon!
