WHAT ARE SOME OF THE SYMPTOMS I MIGHT SEE?
Mold’s most common health symptoms resemble Allergy &/or Cold/Flu symptoms. Although other & more serious health problems may occur, initial symptoms affecting people exposed to mold include;

Personal experience speaks to what drives us to Total Excellence!
Tony Fernandez, our Founder and Lead Inspector tells of what motivates him;
“My wife & children suffer several allergies and asthma. In one of our previous homes sub-standard inspections failed to detect the presence of mold which was severely affecting my family’s health."
Coming from a background managing resort hotels in the tropics, I knew all too well about the possibilities of mold. Eventually having to take matters in my own hands, served as an eye-opening experience and education.”
“A key factor in motivating me to become a Home Inspector (CHI) and to become a Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) & a Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC) was that personal up-close experience.”
“We went through difficult times and spent a lot of money on medical bills and medication, until we found and corrected the cause of the illnesses; the Mold!"
"My commitment is to ensure that no one else’s family has to endure the uncertainty, concern, heartache and fear that comes from seeing their loved ones' health deteriorating like I did. And especially not when the cause can be easily remedied.”
